Leverbrook Export is a private limited company that is family owned and run with a unique workplace culture. Our team is very closely knit, and supportive. We are proud to say we have an extremely high employee retention rate as a result, with many of our employees having worked for us for a great number of years.
Communication between individuals and departments is especially important in the industry; therefore all candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Within the Export field, scheduling is paramount; often containers are required urgently for a number of reasons by customers. Therefore, the ability to prioritise and work to a deadline is crucial.
While certainly at times we have to operate under pressure, there is a strong work life balance fostered within the company. We are very flexible and supportive to the needs of our employees.
